As this frame is a custom item, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of individual orders and 4 to 6 weeks for large orders (a large order would be 20 or more). KTVgifts invites and welcomes you to make changes or additions to any item you wish. If you wish to make changes or additions, if able to accomodate the request, please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery. Fees for additions and changes, if applicable, will be quoted based upon the request. Please make requests prior to placing order.
In consideration of your patronage, any orders placed for 20 or more items will recieve a large order discount. The discount is determined based on the style ordered. You will be notified after your order request is placed and will receive an adjusted invoice prior to billing.
As these are custom items, returns will not be honored nor will canellations after production has begun. In the event of a damage an exchange will be issued for damaged items. Buyer will be required to apply for a damage claim within 3 days of receipt of item and return damaged item within 7 days of claim.
SERVICE PATCH INSTALLATION:
KTVgifts will install your service patch at no additional charge, provided you supply the patches. Brand new patches are recommended as KTVgifts can not guarantee the lasting quality of this item with used patches. Used patches do not show as well nor do they adhere as well to the frame assembly. Of course, KTVgifts will make every effort to reinforce the installation of a used patch, recognizing that, in some cases, the significance of the patch you have taken from your sleeve, and it's history, is far more personal and meaningful than one that has never been worn.
